Magnetic flap liquid level gauge is made up of measuring body,dual-colored display cylinder, ruler, top&low flange, magnetic ball and transmitter (4-20mA). Based on buoyance principle, the magnetic ball in the body of the level gauge is up or down with the liquid level changing and makes dual-colored turning to show the level of medium. Each cylinder is with two-color axisymmetric structures. The distance of two cylinders is 10mm. Red side of display cylinder indicates liquid and white side display cylinder indicates air. Besides measuring liquid level, it also could measure the interface of the two kinds of liquid.
■A liquid level transmitter and a magnetic switch can be installed, which can be installed or adjusted at any time without stopping the machine.
■Plastic shell magnetic switch is resistant to acid and alkali, and the protection level is IP67
■Suitable for high temperature, high pressure, strong acid and strong alkali. The structure is simple, reliable and durable. A variety of optional equipment can be installed to make the control easier.
■Can be installed at the bottom of the device (barrel without a base), no need to raise the device like traditional indicators.
■A spring buffer design is added at the upper and lower ends to prevent floating ball damage during installation and transportation.
■Floating ball magnetic line of force-360 degrees can be sensed, and the two magnets are mutually excited to extend the magnetic line of force.
■Add a different color chip every 10cm to make the liquid level easy to identify.
